I found the staff attentive. they ensured every need was met with warmth and efficiency. the lovely pool offered a peaceful escape. I spent hours there, enjoying the tranquility. the outdoor dining area with bonfires provided a magical setting. i enjoyed the meals and the overall romantic atmosphere.

i experienced an issue with the hot water supply in my room. this was quite inconvenient . the maintenance team could not resolve it quickly.

The grounds were BEAUTIFUL with many spots to sit down and relax. The pool looks like it belongs in a movie. Our room was large and the bathroom was probably the biggest i have EVER seen. the hotel left snacks that were replenished every day.

The food was very disappointing. Both the complimentary breakfast and dinner options were limited. lunch and dinner were overpriced and the quality left MUCH to be desired. also, the location is not near the city and the hotel surroundings are not great for walking

The staff was very polite. Check-in and check-out were smooth (i always appreciate efficiency). The hotel is well maintained and all amenities worked well. The overall atmosphere contributed to a pleasant experience.

The hotel is not near the city center. It makes dining outside difficult. The gym has limited equipment. The price seems high for the quality received.
