fantastic stay!!!

prime location refreshing fizz complimentary amenities comfortable bed

The location was superb. I found it very easy to access various attractions. the staff greeted me with a refreshing glass of fizz upon my arrival. the room provided complimentary water, biscuits, a sleeping mask, and dental kits which i loved. the bed was comfortable and spacious!!!

i noticed that the variety during breakfast service was somewhat limited, though the food quality was good.

friendly staff excellent location direct access

the staff were friendly and cute upon arrival. they even called the room shortly after i arrived to check that everything was okay, which i thought was nice. the location is excellent-right next to gloucester road station. this gave me direct access to both heathrow and central areas.

i ordered room service one night, but one of my meals was forgotten. i reminded them that i had ordered it and was told it would arrive in 15-20 minutes, but it never arrived.

the breakfast items had a high quality and the food was AMAZING!!! the hotel featured a good touch of spanish cuisine, i really liked it. there is also a good restaurant attached to the hotel.

The hotel is very close to the underground station, museums, and restaurants. It is easy to get around. the hotel features recently redecorated rooms using william morris wallpaper. It gives a luxurious feel, i loved it.

the room lighting was bad. it was orange and weak. additionally, the room and carpets had a strange odor. the cleaning staff did not appear professional, and their clothes were not up to standard. I found this disappointing.

The room design included thoughtful extras. I appreciated the powerful shower. Air conditioning worked effectively. The location is advantageous for visiting museums and accessing the Tube.

My room had a strong odor of curry from a nearby Indian restaurant. The room was small and dark. It was next door to the mentioned restaurant. I feel the odor should be addressed.
