The location was superb. I found it very easy to access various attractions. the staff greeted me with a refreshing glass of fizz upon my arrival. the room provided complimentary water, biscuits, a sleeping mask, and dental kits which i loved. the bed was comfortable and spacious!!!

i noticed that the variety during breakfast service was somewhat limited, though the food quality was good.

the staff were friendly and cute upon arrival. they even called the room shortly after i arrived to check that everything was okay, which i thought was nice. the location is excellent-right next to gloucester road station. this gave me direct access to both heathrow and central areas.

i ordered room service one night, but one of my meals was forgotten. i reminded them that i had ordered it and was told it would arrive in 15-20 minutes, but it never arrived.
