Really good Stay by the Train Station

The hotel staff were very helpful. They arranged transport for me. They offered breakfast even though my airport pickup was early. The room was clean and had every item I needed. The hotel is a short walk to the train station.
The shower was a bit small and only included a hand spray, so washing was a bit difficult. It would be good to have a fixed shower head.

The hotel is close to the train station and a vaporetto stop making access convenient. Many shops and restaurants are within a short walking distance. Piazza San Marcos is approximately a twenty minute walk from the premises.

The room had air conditioning offering climate control throughout my stay. It had nice views of the grand canal. Breakfast could be enjoyed outside watching the boat activity, a very nice bonus.

The front desk staff were helpful securing transportation to the airport. The staff allowed all of us to drop off our luggage, while some of us toured the city. The staff gave excellent service ensuring comfort.

Breakfast included a large selection of meats, cheese, and breads. It also had pastries and fresh fruit available. Cappuccino was served during breakfast. The coffee tasted wonderful.

the location near the grand canal made travel simple i could easily access water taxis. the staff was super kind and efficient they provided great directions. breakfast offered many choices i found several options i liked.
the shower was small it was difficult to shower comfortably. the hand spray shower head could benefit from an upgrade. this impacted my experience.

The location was superb. my room was a beautiful double room canal view, and it offered an amazing view. i appreciated the delicious breakfast each morning. It helped start the day right.
The shower felt very tight. showering involved using only a hand spray. i found the cleanliness management needed improvement. The shower head looked like it had not been replaced in ages.
