charmed by the stay

The housekeeper stopped by and inquired if everything was okay. It was a nice touch. the room had a small refrigerator that i used to keep drinks cold. i enjoyed using the bathtub for a relaxing soak after a long day. It was very roomy.
the floor plan felt a bit unconvinient.

the hotel had two metro stations nearby. this made accessing many parts of the area quite easy. the location is near st paul. it is accessible through a passage included in the barbican center.

The breakfast area felt very pretty, filled with light. the gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. This allows for diverse workout options. the premises had a resistance pool that i used for some light exercise.

the location had great access to multiple tube lines and the elizabeth line. the staff were very polite and professional. i found breakfast decent enough (it was included).
the room was cold, no matter how much i tried to adjust the air conditioning. the temperature never changed. on top of that, the fire alarm went off twice during the night, which completely destroyed my sleep. i tried calling reception to check if everything was safe, but no one answered the phone (this was unsettling).

The staff offered a complimentary breakfast and balloons in the room. Fluffy towels were in the room. The hotel provides easy access to Barbican and Moorgate stations. I found moving around the city convenient. Two restaurants are available at the hotel.
The bed had a very soft topper on it, a bit suffocating.

The team. hazeza and raslan were particularly really good. They were attentive. i appreciated their professionalism and focus on detail. the breakfast was tasty and offered a good variety.
the hotel bar closes quite early. it is actually a pub a little way down the road.
