The staff was very helpful and willing to store luggage. There are free refillable water stations in the corridors. This is convenient. The hotel is reasonably close to a train station. The rooms are very clean and modern.
I found the lack of tea or coffee making facilities in the room inconvenient. I prefer to have these amenities readily available.

modern room friendly staff excellent breakfast
The staff proved very friendly. Early check-in saved us time. The room matched the online pictures. It was a delight! Breakfast surpassed my expectations. The short walk to Paddington Station added convenience.
I noticed minor design imperfections, but the overall visual appeal remained strong.

friendly staff eco-friendly aspect warm atmosphere no tea coffee facilities faulty air conditioning uncomfortable night
the staff was friendly. they were helpful and cute, which i appreciated. i also found the eco-friendly aspect of the hotel to be a nice touch. the room was compact, but i thought it still felt warm and comfortable.
i was disappointed that there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. i also found the air conditioning to be problematic. it kept turning itself off every two hours, made for an uncomfortable night during the heatwave.

The room was clean and looked to use space well. The location between two underground stations was convenient. The decor was nice and the hotel was spotlessly clean.
I found the beds and pillows to be quite uncomfortable. There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room, though it was available in reception. The cooked breakfast was cold, even after I mentioned it. The staff said the plate was warm, though the food was not.
