the hotel's location is very central. i could easily walk to many attractions. the staff was friendly and helpful. my room was clean and well kept.
the air conditioning in my room was not very effective. i had trouble sleeping comfortably on warmer nights. the front desk staff was sometimes difficult to find. on one occasion i found a person eating with a child.

the wi-fi signal was not reliable. whatsapp calls dropped frequently. the air-conditioning was minimal during hot nights. it made sleeping uncomfortable.

the hotel's location was definitely a highlight. it was very central to the main sights. i could easily walk to most museums and galleries (i did enjoy those). public transportation was also easily accessible if needed.
the air conditioning was minimal. i slept poorly on some hot nights. i also noticed the hotel seemed understaffed. a deskman seemed bothered by any inquiries.

the location was a great advantage for exploring. the hotel had two entrances, one accessible by pedestrians and the other by car. i also found the nespresso machine in the room very convenient. the breakfast was very good, and the staff were always attentive and provided information.
the air conditioning was minimal during hot nights, which caused me to sleep poorly. i think they should improve this.
