The Shelbourne is a beautiful, historic hotel situated in the heart of Dublin, offering easy access to nearby attractions and within walking distance to museums, live music, and dining. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, newly refurbished, and feature elegant sheets, Molton Brown toiletries, a hairdryer, and sometimes a very good coffee machine. While the pool area may feel somewhat disconnected from the hotel's overall theme for some, many guests appreciate the indoor pool, sauna, steam bath, and fitness room; some have found breakfast service to be not up to 5 star standard. Guests can enjoy a variety of dining options, including the Saddle Room with a delicious breakfast experience, and fantastic drinks at the Horseshoe Bar, as well as rooms overlooking St Stephen's Green.
