the building features a unique beatles theme adding character to the stay. i found the staff friendly particularly one young gentleman at reception who offered great assistance. my room included effective blackout curtains ensuring peaceful sleep.
the communal areas felt uncomfortably overheated which detracted from my overall comfort.

The location is central. I found the pre-arrival check-in very convenient. The breakfast had a good continental selection. The staff were friendly and ready to help with any questions.
The desk space in the room was very small. the sink took a long time to drain, a little inconvenient. The pillows were a bit too hard for my liking.
