good amenitiesshortage of foodhurried bill collection
the building presented beautiful architecture and good amenities were available.
The breakfast experience was like attending a cattle call. The room was always overcrowded, and i waited for an available spot. the buffet seemed perpetually half-empty. There was a shortage of food. the staff attitude leaned more toward hurried bill collection than attentive service.

firm pillowsrepetitive music
The pillows in the Standard Double Room were rather firm. I found it hard to get restful sleep. The room service was slow one evening. It took nearly an hour to get a simple order. I think the hotel needs to address these minor inconveniences to enhance satisfaction. The lobby music was repetitive, its playlist needed some diversity. The lack of easily accessible USB ports in the room was inconvenient.

shabby decorlimited options
i found limited options for non-caffeinated drinks in the room and the bar area seemed a bit shabby. The bar's decor felt tired, it lacked a certain freshness. i expected more attention to detail in maintaining this space. Some updates could REALLY improve the atmosphere.
