The free water, tea, and coffee in my premium room were very convenient. i also appreciated the hydration station in the bar. It was easy to fill up my water bottle for the day. the bath and separate shower with provided toiletries were a plus..

i found the steps up to the entrance quite off-putting. they were dirty, and that didn't really match my expectations. the foyer also looked quite functional. this added to my sense of slight disappointment initially.
