i found that the front desk staff was polite. they handled my check-in efficiently. my room included a well-stocked mini-bar, and i also found complimentary bottled water there.

i had such a blast! the flowerbox room had the most divine scents, i seemed like i was in a fairytale! the breakfast was yummy, so much to choose and the staff were super attentive, it really set me up for the day. the hotel is decorated with beautiful flowers, a really exquisite touch that i loved.
honestly, i booked a table at the wintergarden i saw on tv, i expected so much more! the lobby felt kinda grey and boring, it just didn't have that special something other hotels have. the chandelier? oh dear, it looked like something from a mall, not a fancy hotel.

i really enjoyed the breakfast. it was plentiful and offered lots of choice. we received champagne and macaroons in the room (plus a sweetie jar, which i certainly enjoyed!). valet parking was easy, and all staff were helpful and friendly.
