The staff were always available, friendly, and helpful. room maids did a very good job and the room was clean. the bed was very comfortable. It was a laminate floor, though fitting a carpet could improve noise reduction.
i found the room to be quite noisy with sounds from both inside and outside. i could hear conversations in reception, a bit disruptive.

the location is close to many common areas, which makes walking around very convenient. many places are easily accessible for enjoying the stay. the hotel is located near the old quarter.

the breakfast offered a great variety and the staff were very attentive, i have no complaints.
My room proved excessively noisy. External sounds penetrated the walls and i heard conversations in reception clearly. additionally, the staff, apart from the manager, showed rudeness when i raised my concerns. this noise was a severe disturbance and caused me much frustration.
