i found the hotel decor very stylish! it felt very comfy and tidy. the pool was a big plus, situated in a lovely garden. my personal assistant, anita, was very professional and helpful. she was very friendly too!

The hotel is in a quiet area near the night life. Tuk-tuks are readily available right outside the hotel. despite being close to the action, the hotel's grounds reminded me of a tranquil oasis due to the beautiful landscaping. it offered a peaceful retreat.

The staff was helpful and always smiling! they anticipated needs before i even voiced them. sophoeum contacted me via messenger to ensure i was okay when i didn't appear one day. I have never experienced such care.

The hotel provided complimentary tuk-tuk service into town, a welcomed surprise. the swimming pool was an excellent bonus and a great way to cool down. complimentary tea time with snacks at 4 pm added a lovely touch. It was a nice treat after a day of exploring.

the staff was helpful and friendly. they arranged a complimentary tuk-tuk ride to the city, a useful service. i also liked the refreshing towel and delicious fresh drink upon arrival. it was like a nice welcome.
the swimming pool felt very cold. the breakfast options were not enjoyable. i tried a few things, but i did not find anything i liked.
