The room was spacious. It included a sauna. The housekeeping service kept the room super clean. The location was residential.. The surrounding area had good food options.
The hot water ran out when the bath was only partially full. The water was lukewarm. The light switches were placed randomly.. The lights near the bed flickered. The bathroom floor was slippery.

The suite private pool included a refreshing plunge pool. The blinds completely blocked light a fantastic feature. The staff were very attentive at the restaurant.

The staff were attentive. they promptly addressed my needs. the room i had was spacious. it provided ample space for relaxation. the swimming pool was also very nice. It was a great way to cool off.
The breakfast was underwhelming. the quality was not what i expected. It lacked variety. the poolside food was overpriced. it also tasted bad. the bedroom seemed dated. It could use a fresh coat of paint.

adequate but disappointing
lack privacy coffee charge
the private pool wasn't great (i was really looking forward to it). it lacked privacy, facing a dark wall with buildings above. also, the pool lights didn't work, so evenings were out. the hotel seems to be cutting costs, charging for coffee. i thought those things really cheapened the experience.
