excellent Experience Near Gulhane Park
clean rooms superb location sunset cruise walking tour
this hotel has very clean rooms. the location is superb with Topkapi Palace, Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia nearby. the staff helped me organize an evening sunset cruise of the bosphorus river with hotel pick up. a private guide was arranged for a full day walking tour with lunch visiting the key spots.
the breakfast was basic, and i think that there should be a better fruit choice.

adequate stay, some issues noticed
old equipment limited options
The fitness center was quite disappointing. i found the equipment old and not properly maintained. the breakfast also didn't meet my expectations. It seemed unprofessional and offered very limited options. the rooftop terrace was noisy all the time due to the constant sound of the machinery.

The staff provided excellent assistance with local attractions and directions. I appreciated their detailed knowledge and helpful suggestions. The room had an in-room safe and blackout curtains, convenient! The hotel included a complimentary breakfast with a variety of options. I enjoyed the fresh pastries and local cheeses! The location provided easy access to historical sites, markets, and public transportation.
The bathroom had limited counter space.

The concierge arranged seamless airport transfers. I found it to be very efficient. Staff members provided prompt responses to inquiries. Turndown service happened each evening. I liked this thoughtful touch.
