attentive staff helpful tips convenient location
the staff was very attentive to all my needs. i had a comfortable stay, and they were helpful with local tips (especially for nearby attractions!). the rooftop bar was amazing, it offered great views, and i loved having dinner there. the location was convenient, with easy access to beach clubs.
The breakfast selection felt a bit limited for a five-star hotel. I expected more variety, especially regarding wellness options.

I found the rooms very clean. they provided free bottled water daily. the rooftop restaurant had a tasty menu. room service was prompt. I liked that a lot.
i noticed the gym was closed unexpectedly one day, a slight inconvenience.

spacious room welcome drink orthopedic pillow closed gym slow wi-fi delayed sauna
the hotel room was very spacious (it seemed like a small apartment). there was also a welcome drink in the room upon arrival. i liked the latex orthopedic pillow provided in the room.
the gym was closed every day of my stay. the sauna required advance notice to turn on (it needed hours to heat up). also, the wi-fi speed was very low.

significant noise active building site
the hotel restaurant on the 7th floor offered very tasty food.
The advertised images do not accurately represent the ongoing building work nearby. This affected the usability of the pool area, also the outdoor bar. noise and dust were significant issues. the walk to the beach involved navigating an active building site. This contrasted sharply with advertised lush paths. half of the facilities were either inaccessible or unenjoyable due to the ongoing noise and dust.

a charmed stay
spacious room useful amenity free upgrade
we enjoyed the spacious room a lot, it had many useful amenities provided. the staff were very professional. i really appreciated the free upgrade to a larger room.. that was a nice touch. the hotel's location was also excellent.
breakfast choice felt very limited. i didn't see many wellness options available. the hotel is positioning itself as a wellness hotel, after all. the breakfast should start earlier.
