I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were perfect for us, spacious with not one but TWO great balconies that made it feel more like home. The service was top-notch, waking us up on Saturday morning to check if we needed anything cleaned; the staff, from front desk to driver, were fantastic. The location was spot-on for me, in a quiet area yet close to central world and all the major designer malls downtown. The dining experience was fantastic, offering in-room dining options that were just perfect. Overall, a wonderful place with a few minor areas for improvement.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with great views of downtown Bangkok from my room. The make-up service was denied on the day of check-out despite being allowed a late check-out. The hotel has a contract with The Coffee Club, offering an extensive in-room dining selection from 6 am to 10 pm. The room was tidy with a tub in the bathroom, a comfortable bed, and fantastic balconies with breathtaking views of the city skyline. The location near the BTS station ensured a peaceful stay without any noise pollution.
