great location and amazing service

perfect locationconvenient metroamazing staff
the location is perfect. it is just a 15-minute walk from grand central and big c. the metro station is only 3 minutes away so it is super convenient to get around. the area is quiet. it has no traffic so it's easy to relax on the balcony after a busy day. the staff was amazing. they are always ready to assist.
i had to keep asking housekeeping for extra tea, coffee, sugar, and milk everyday.

the hotel provides a free shuttle to the new mall, dusit central park, and this is very convenient. an e-bike station is near, about 3 minutes away, and it makes malls more accessible.

i loved the location, as it was super central. the staff were really good too assist me with directions and recommendations. i received a complimentary upgrade to a larger suite, and i really appreciated the extra space. the breakfast had a huge selection of items, a great start to my day.
the television in my room had limited channels , and i would have liked a wider variety.
