quiet spacious suite
quiet suite great crew short walk
i checked into the champa suite for a week. the team of service crew were great all round. the hotel is a short walk to a bts station and a shopping center. the suite.
the hotel exterior looks like an old office building, it is not very inviting.

i was pleased to find a large, clean room. the hotel surprised me with a blueberry tart and birthday wishes. its central location near a skytrain station helped me get around easily.

fantastic service, spacious rooms
attentive staff kind gesture homely behavior
the hotel staff was attentive. jake assisted with acquiring beads from a temple. ballon showed great care towards my son during breakfast. i have returned five times because of their kind and cute behavior.

my room had excellent soundproofing offering a quiet environment. the room was spacious accommodating a family of three comfortably. the provided bed was very comfortable, a real plus.

breakfast included both outdoor poolside and indoor seating choices. while the selection was not extensive, both chinese and western options tasted very good. the staff were friendly and accommodating.

the staff was polite, very attentive and always ready to help. the welcome service was efficient and warm. they even prepared a packed breakfast for my early departure to the airport.

shabby floor uncared greenery
The location was good and very easy for taxis to reach main attractions.
The pool needed a refurb and the greenery were uncared for. The whole floor felt a bit shabby to me.

solid stay, some small misses
helpful staff great breakfast
i liked the helpful staff. they met all our requests fast. food and facilities like the pool and gym were good. room service came fast. i especially liked breakfast every morning.
the hotel's exterior don't look like a 5 stars. it looks like an older office building. the sivatel sign had parts not lit. this gave a could not so great first impression.

the hotel is within easy walking distance of the bts skytrain, about five minutes away. lumphini park is also accessible with a fifteen minutes walk. this location made it easy to go to key destinations.

i was upgraded to a suite when i arrived. the suite was spacious. the room include clean, neat conditions. the room had a comfortable bed, perfect for rest after long days.
