the staff was polite i found the location convenient for my planned activities checking in was easy my room included amenities that met my needs the bed was comfortable i was able to rest without disturbances the room had a functional layout it supported my work needs with a small desk i found the modern bathroom particularly appealing it featured a spacious shower.
the gym schedule conflicted with my availability i was not able to use it as intended this was a minor inconvenience it did not significantly impact my overall experience

the hotel features a well kept swimming pool area there are approximately 20 loungers available towels are provided freely the pool is open from 7 am to 9 pm daily the gym contains three treadmills and two stationary bikes.

The location was good because it was just outside of the city centre.
I was disappointed because having a swim cost an extra £10. The bar facilities were acceptable however the terrace was just adequate. I found these details were a little off from what I would have expected. It was not as good as what I was hoping for, a bit sad.

The air conditioning did not work. It made the room quite stuffy. the window could not be opened. Conditioner was not provided in the room (i had to request it at reception).

i experienced a slight delay at the restaurant. the wait for my dinner was close to an hour after i booked the table. this delay was the one negative aspect .
