charming stay in a unique location
lovely courtyards interesting passageway helpful staff
the hotel's layout is amazing with its various courtyards (perfect for a relaxing stroll). i found the passageway through the cellars quite interesting. the staff was very helpful, particularly with the car park arrangements.

beautiful courtyard piano bar mouldy shower floor plug
i stayed in this hotel for four nights. i really enjoyed the many beautiful courtyards. The piano bar become a spot i visited often and it was very nice.
the kettle could only be plugged in on the floor. i also noticed the shower area was quite mouldy. This was a concern .

unique and charming stay
antique palaces tiled courtyard warm staff excellent location
The hotel is a collection of antique palaces connected by tiled garden courtyards. the staff was professional and warm. I found them to be very helpful. the location is excellent, a short walk to main attractions. i enjoyed the outdoor cafes nearby.
my room was quite far from the main reception in an adjacent building! it was necessary to navigate a series of dark tunnels to reach the bedroom.

The double room had rustic decor, though the space was limited. the bed was rather small, and i found storage options lacking. There was little space for clothes and bags. the bathroom was tiny as well.

sewage smell small mattress protector
the location allowed easy walking access everywhere.
the bathroom smelled of sewage. there was no coffee machine and the kettle had no available plug unless i moved the tv set stand. the mattress protector was smaller than the mattress size causing it to come out regularly making a mess in the bed.

unique architecture piano bar difficult navigation mixed staff
i found such unique architecture in this hotel. the piano bar made for great evenings, i loved it! also the rooftop had a excellent view and the pool area was so relaxing. i like there were lots of quiet areas to chill.
oh no, it was impossible to navigate. i was given a map to find my room, it was a maze. some staff were super polite, but others were the complete opposite. that really bothered me.
