the room was spacious and had everything necessary. Breakfast had many options. I found the hotel to be very central and easy to access from the airport. THE central location was definitely a plus.

I was upgraded to a harbour view room for my stay. The bed was large, providing ample space for relaxation. The bathroom included modern fixtures. A surprise cake was delivered to the room for a birthday. The cake was delicious. The spacious room offered a very firm bed. The breakfast staff were lovely. This. Check-in was quick and efficient, resulting in a 12th-floor room upgrade. The room was very spacious and clean. The spa offered nice amenities. The breakfast provided tasty options and gluten-free choices. The horisont restaurant offered awesome views and delicious food. The location is convenient, with bus stops to the airport just in front.

The room was pretty, I'll grant them that. the air conditioning had a personal vendetta against coolness. It seemed stuck in sauna mode, never ever achieving a bearable temperature. I did mention this to the staff, they shrugged, probably thinking I was just too used to igloos. the minibar was a sad sight. It stocked only two lukewarm drinks. Such luxury.

the breakfast area started my day well thanks to professional staff. the room was beautiful, and the views from the 21st floor were amazing. the bathroom was modern and included soft towels and face cloths. maids tidied my makeup in the bathroom, a nice detail.

The gym featured sufficient equipment. It included several treadmills and stationary bikes. I found the location convenient with multiple bus stops nearby. These offered easy access to the airport.
The room felt cold upon arrival. It took over 24 hours for the temperature to adjust. Housekeeping did not service my room until late in the afternoon on my first day. I found this inconvenient after being out of the room.
