The hotel was a great place to warm up after our long outings exploring the sites and Christmas market. The rooms are well-sized with a comfortable bed but didn't completely meet our expectations. The service was lovely and proactive but had a slightly strange moment during check-in. The location is great, near the city center and with easy access to various attractions. The dining experience was excellent with possibly the best buffet breakfast in Europe. Overall, a cozy stay with a few minor hiccups.
