fantastic getaway

beautiful decor tranquil ambiance friendly staff superb location

the hotel boasts beautifully designed spaces with meticulous decor details. i found a tranquil ambiance throughout the hotel and hearing the waves from the balcony was very peaceful. the staff were really friendly and helpful . the location is superb, right across from the beach and near local markets.

The room was quite large compared to others I've stayed in (a pleasant surprise!). The breakfast offered a wide selection. The location proved convenient. It's close to the beach and a short walk to the night market. The gym had a solid range of equipment for a good workout.

The bed was firmer than I prefer.

The staff was very efficient. I observed prompt responses to requests. There was also a high level of attentiveness in the dining areas. I observed the front desk personnel addressed all inquiries with politeness and accuracy.

The room included standard amenities. There was a mini fridge, a safe, and a television. Daily housekeeping provided fresh towels and toiletries. (The complimentary toothbrush and toothpaste were useful.) The air conditioning worked effectively.

weak wi-fi repetitive breakfast

I found some aspects of the stay less than stellar. The Wi-Fi signal was practically nonexistent. Breakfast seemed repetitive after a couple of days and lacked variety.

the hotel features a very large swimming pool. its position is close to the beach. the room was comfortable. staff members are efficient.

i found the air conditioner very noisy even on its lowest setting. it was blowing air heavily
