lagoon pool excellent breakfast noisy air conditioner limited food
The resort is quite sprawling and sits in the serene Jomtien beach area! It is a nice escape from the busy town. Breakfast buffets feature beach view tables, i always found that good. The room was comfortable, i liked how the patio offered direct access to the lagoon pool.
The air conditioner made a lot of noise. Even the low mode blew air heavily, i really struggled with it.

fantastic getaway
beautiful decor tranquil ambiance friendly staff superb location
the hotel boasts beautifully designed spaces with meticulous decor details. i found a tranquil ambiance throughout the hotel and hearing the waves from the balcony was very peaceful. the staff were really friendly and helpful . the location is superb, right across from the beach and near local markets.

The room was quite large compared to others I've stayed in (a pleasant surprise!). The breakfast offered a wide selection. The location proved convenient. It's close to the beach and a short walk to the night market. The gym had a solid range of equipment for a good workout.
The bed was firmer than I prefer.

The staff was very efficient. I observed prompt responses to requests. There was also a high level of attentiveness in the dining areas. I observed the front desk personnel addressed all inquiries with politeness and accuracy.

The room included standard amenities. There was a mini fridge, a safe, and a television. Daily housekeeping provided fresh towels and toiletries. (The complimentary toothbrush and toothpaste were useful.) The air conditioning worked effectively.

A Stay with Some Drawbacks
weak wi-fi repetitive breakfast
I found some aspects of the stay less than stellar. The Wi-Fi signal was practically nonexistent. Breakfast seemed repetitive after a couple of days and lacked variety.

the hotel features a very large swimming pool. its position is close to the beach. the room was comfortable. staff members are efficient.
i found the air conditioner very noisy even on its lowest setting. it was blowing air heavily

the staff were friendly and helpful. the concierge staff provided excellent assistance. omelette chefs stood out at breakfast for their skill. the cleaning crew was thorough, maintaining clean rooms daily.
