Inconsistent Room Condition and Service
bathroom door staff shortage
The room I received was not what I expected. The bathroom door did not lock. I found this quite inconvenient and unsafe. requesting a fork for my room resulted in being told to pick it up myself from the 8th floor due to staff shortage. This felt quite unprofessional for a hotel of this supposed standard.

slow elevators small pool
the elevators, they were a little slow, i think. sometimes i had to wait a bit. also, the rooftop pool it was not that big, i expected it to be bigger, based on the photos. it could use some improvements. the water wasnt warm enough.

charming stay near everything
beautiful room universal sockets real pancakes comfortable spot
i booked a beautiful double or twin room g and found it met my needs perfectly. all power sockets were universal, a feature i very much appreciated. the breakfast had real pancakes and omelettes prepared on request, a real treat. the rooftop pool and bar looked comfortable, a nice spot.
the shower could have been a little warmer, just a minor thing.

the hotel features a rooftop pool and bar, both of which looked well kept and inviting. i also saw that the hotel provides universal power sockets in every room, very useful for international travelers. the lobby looked quite inviting, a good first impression.

the staff were wonderful and helpful. they assisted me with directions and offered quick solutions for any queries that i had. their positive attitude certainly enhanced my stay.

the hotel is located in a quiet soi not far from nightlife areas and the skytrain station. terminal 21 shopping is within walking distance, so it is very convenient. this location offers a great balance of accessibility and tranquility.

wonderful staff clean room good breakfast
The staff were wonderful, i found them quite inviting. my room was nice and neat. the location is nice and quiet. It is within walking distance of the bts and asok with terminal 21 shopping. the breakfast i purchased was good with real pancakes and omelettes available.
the shower did not produce much hot water.
