This hotel staff is super friendly. I love that the front desk staff speaks awesome English. Big shout out to Maya. She helped me a lot. I stayed at this hotel more than ten times in two years. I want to return soon!

The large pool wasnt open when I got there. I received no info during check-in, and they pushed back the opening a bunch.

My room included two separate sinks. The rainfall shower worked perfectly and provided awesome pressure. Housekeeping kept my room super clean each day. I saw no dust. The bed were very comfy!

the drilling works from 9am to 5pm intruded on the quietness of the room.

The room felt outdated and required some updates. The hallways were too dark, it was difficult to see. I was surprised by the extra charge for water. It should be complimentary. The key card had issues and caused the room lights to flicker all night, quite annoying.

i appreciated the hotel's convenient location. The position is very close to many tourist locations. Terminal 21 is only five to ten minutes away. the rooftop offers views of the entire bay. it provides an amazing experience for swimming and taking photos.

some counter staff are often overwhelmed at the rooftop bar. beverages listed on the menu are sometimes unavailable. my wife and i both broke our little toes on our right feet because of the design.

The location was amazing. It's opposite central marina. i found big and clean rooms, very well equipped. Front desk was friendly, automatically helping me arrange the same floor as a friend already at the hotel!
