The front desk staff was polite and knowledgeable. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and everything tasted fresh. The hotel provided umbrellas, useful given the weather. I used the sauna and found it clean and well-kept.
The thermostat in my room had some limitations. I would have preferred it to be a bit warmer.

the location was very convenient , close to the train station. the staff were lovely and helpful. i was charmed by the strong water pressure in the shower.
there was no complimentary water in the room as mentioned , so i had to request it. the bottle i received was to contain tap water, it was not sealed. mould was starting to appear in the bathroom , and there was no toilet brush.
