a pleasant and functional stay

comfy bed clean room convenient kettle friendly staff
The room had good size. the bed was comfy. i had two pillows each plus cushions. So many places supply only one pillow. everything was very clean. it was nice to have a kettle, microwave, and plates. the location was fairly quiet but near transport links. the staff were very friendly and professional.
the water temperature kept jumping all the time. i burned myself multiple times in the shower. the room was very cold even with the heating on 25 degrees celsius. the electric heater did not work well.
Location
9/10

helpful staff heated rack convenient location easy access
the staff helped put my bags in my room. i appreciated the heated towel rack A LOT. the location is VERY convenient, only a five-minute walk from Earl's Court station. supermarkets and restaurants are nearby, offering great options.
my room faced the sidewalk SO the view was not very good. THE walls also felt a bit thin, as i could hear hallway noise.
Facilities

Underwhelming and Overpriced

tiny room single glazing
The location was alright, I suppose.
The room I got was seriously tiny. I struggled to find space for my suitcase. It seems ridiculous for a King Room. the window seemed to have single glazing, and I felt a slight draught, not ideal at all
