The location was good for buses and the tube. The staff were professional and pleasant.
The lack of security concerned me. I was disappointed by this. The carpet had stains on it! though the room was quiet.

the room was big and it had an electric kettle. a fridge was also there, this met my needs.
the noise coming from it made it difficult to sleep. the staff pretended they did not hear the noise when i talked to them. they gave me free food as if it made the noise disappear.
