The proximity to the north ealing tube station was convenient. It was a short walk. my room was well-appointed with thoughtful amenities. the staff were friendly and helpful. I found them readily available. the hotel provided a generous supply of coffee pods. I appreciated this small detail.
The parking spaces were limited. There are only four spots available.

Acceptable Stay, But With a Few Issues
squeaky bedlimited supplies
The room needed a bit of work, I must say. The bed was rather squeaky, made every movement quite the production. The tissue box was nearly empty. Only a few tissues remained, and the toilet paper roll was almost finished with no spares. The heat was cranked up high and the air conditioning was out of order so I had to open the window and the traffic and sirens were loud. I didn't get much sleep at all.

The staff was indeed very friendly and accommodating . My room had a TV, a coffee machine, and a kettle which i found really useful. The location IS great. The tube station and bus stops are close by.

the toilet paper situation caused some problems. It was really thin, I MEAN, REALLY thin. Was like wiping with tracing paper! It was a real workout I didn't sign up for.

my room was near the entrance, so i did hear some noise from people coming and going. door slamming sometimes woke me.

wonderful Stay near North Ealing

I REALLY liked that the hotel is close to North Ealing station. The station is just a short walk. The staff were friendly and ready to help with any questions i had, a big plus. My room had several electrical sockets and outlets, INCLUDING usb ports, very helpful. I also appreciated the artwork in the room and public areas. It added a nice touch.
The only minor issue i encountered was the limited number of free parking spots at the hotel.
