poor service mosquito repellent
I was disappointed with the service. i asked for turndown service, specifically to spray mosquito repellent. It was not done on the third day. reception informed me that they had run out of plug-in mosquito repellent. also, i went for breakfast 30 minutes before closing, and many dishes were empty and not refilled until 10-15 minutes later.

friendly staff excellent service helpful team
the staff at the scribe bar were excellent. heng toho cham r and especially vandet. i appreciated cheat's friendly greeting and excellent service each morning at mansion. the hotel provided a revitalizing experience. leakana neat and the entire team were always helpful and charming.
the vegetarian options were quite limited despite the extensive menu that was available.

The breakfast had a GREAT spread with lots of options. The private jeep sunrise tour was AMAZING!!!

friendly staff room typewriter salt water pool limited option room design street noise
The staff was friendly. My room had a typewriter. The salt water pool offered a refreshing swim.
The vegetarian options at the restaurant are limited. The room design isn't very practical for seniors. Street noise was a problem at night.
