kind bellman gorgeous guest rooms prosecco glass different floors pre-authorization exceeded wrong amount
the bellman were kind. guest rooms were gorgeous. david provided a tour and prosecco at check-in. peter was attentive in the executive lounge, i gave him a hug.
i requested connecting rooms. i was given rooms on different floors. i was locked out when expenses exceeded the pre-authorization. it was fixed after i paid, but it was the wrong amount.

i appreciated the hotel's proximity to many visitor sites.. westminster abbey and buckingham palace were easily accessible. the pub was lively, and the cocktails and lighter fare were excellent, a real treat. breakfast offered both a buffet and menu options, a great start to each day. valentina, the greeter, gave really good service, personally directing me to available amenities.
I noticed a slight lack of shower gel in both the shower and the bath. It was an obvious oversight. the front desk rectified it immediately upon notification, so it didn't spoil the experience at all.

the hotel location was convenient for accessing public transportation? providing attentive and informed service throughout my stay. i especially appreciated the personalized playlist arranged after i shared my music preferences, it was so charming. i look forward to returning
