My stay at the hotel was nothing short of amazing. The rooms are uniquely and beautifully furnished with different themes, super clean, super comfortable - it felt like I was in the penthouse of the riad. The service was exceptional, from the friendly doorman to the reception staff who went above and beyond to assist. The location is perfect, allowing me to step right into the heart of the bustling area with ease. The dining experience around the pool was delightful with a mix of western and Moroccan dishes. La Sultana truly provided a special escape in a very special location.
Le Tigre was a lovely experience overall. The room, named 'Le Tigre,' was private, quiet, and spacious, with a comfortable king size bed and a beautiful bathroom. Although it had some AC issues, they were promptly resolved. The service was amazing, from the warm welcome at the door to the attentive staff going above and beyond to assist. The location within the historic Old Town Medina was perfect for exploring on foot. The dining, featuring delicious Moroccan cuisine, was excellent, but it would have been better if included in the rate. The facilities were great, offering a range of services to make the stay comfortable.
Staying at this hotel felt like a royal experience with a private terrace overlooking a small plunge pool, yet the rooms, though comfortable, lacked some warmth due to minimal decorations. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to accommodate needs. The location, nestled in the historic Medina near bustling souks, offered a perfect balance of tranquility and excitement. Dining options were plentiful and hearty, particularly breakfast, making it a delightful experience overall.
