The hotel is situated in peaceful surroundings with beautiful grounds but was occasionally overcrowded. The dining options were diverse and satisfying. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with ample storage, nice balconies, walk-in showers, and good air conditioning. The service is super helpful and welcoming, especially Brad who seems to have endless energy. The location is great with a choice of 5 pools but can get noisy at times. The dining options cater well to vegetarians with healthy choices available. Overall, the hotel provides a comfortable stay with friendly service.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms left me with some concerns as I got bitten and my foot got infected, although the 24/7 air conditioning was convenient. The service was mostly good, with some language barrier issues, but Ahmed at the bar stood out as exceptional. The location was somewhat isolated, but the grounds were clean and had enough deck chairs. The dining options were disappointing, especially for an all-inclusive stay. The facilities were decent overall.
