the hotel has great pools. the slides were fun for the kids. the location is also perfect since the airport is about 20 minutes away (that was very convenient).
there was no air conditioning in the hotel hallways. the rooms had air con, but it was not very cold. the main restaurant seemed understaffed.

I found the cleanliness of the rooms and the facilities to be excellent. the hotel gardens are also well maintained, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. the staff were friendly and helpful, even when we faced minor issues. the food options were diverse. It ensured that everyone could find something they liked. we loved the pizza!

I found the hotel entertainment amazing. The club jumbo team, including mohamed, were great. the staff are amazing and very inclusive. i made lots of new friends from all over.
The floor in my room had some dust when i checked in. It seemed like it hadn't been cleaned since the last guests. i used a bathroom towel to clean it myself.

i found the food to be quite good. there was a wide variety available at the buffet. the entertainment team kept people engaged with activities. they were often around the pool.
the hotel felt somewhat remote. the distance to the medina required a taxi. it cost £10-15 each way. the hotel did run a free shuttle twice a day.

I found the pools and outdoor areas nice. I didn't try the food, so I cannot comment on that aspect. The staff was friendly and helpful . Taxis were easily arranged through the hotel for trips to the medina, a 20-minute drive away.
