My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were amazing, very spacious, beautifully furnished, and equipped with great amenities. We even had complimentary snacks and drinks at the Library as part of the experience. The set menu dinner was superb, and the room had everything we needed including a cozy living room, spacious bathroom, and a lovely garden view.
Wow! The rooms were amazing, really nice and clean with huge space and lovely furnishings. The Lake View room even came with complimentary snacks and drinks at the Library, which was a great touch. However, the dining experience was a bit of a scramble with lots of staff around, and there was a minor issue with attire shopping in the area. Overall, a fantastic stay!
The hotel rooms were really nice and clean, close to the lobby for easy access, with a complete minibar and amenities. The service was wonderful, offering a golf cart ride to view the pool and spa, along with refreshing tea drinks in the lobby. The location was outstanding, tasteful, and peaceful on Jinji Lake, providing a nice break from the city hustle. The dining experience was nice, offering freshly made noodle soup and a semi-buffet with Chinese and Western choices. The facilities were excellent overall.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were large and modern, blending Italian design with a Chinese feel seamlessly. Being close to the lobby was a plus, as we didn't have to navigate long corridors or confusing walkways. The complete minibar and amenities added to the comfort. However, the service was a bit limited, although our designated staff member, Luis, was exceptionally friendly and always had a smile to offer.
