The staff downstairs offered complimentary coffee and water. A simple, yet acceptable convenience.
The room i received faced a noisy boulevard. i requested a higher floor, but was told nothing was available. I thought that was interesting. the air conditioning was noisy and barely functional. It reminded me of i was in a sauna.

the hotel offers free laundry facilities including a washing machine that i could use myself coffee drip bags were also a nice touch i found the location near line 10 of the metro to be very convenient. the hotel was easy to reach from the airport and other key city attractions
the gym and laundry facilities were only open between 9am and 10pm which was somewhat inconvenient

the room was spacious and had a large bathroom. it was a short walk to the metro and the bund is about fifteen minutes away by foot.
there were not any shops or places to eat very close by. i had to walk a bit to the next street for options.

They charged in euros at the hotel's exchange rate when I checked out. They did not offer another currency option. the hotel takes a deposit upon check-in, but it's not clear why because the room did not have any particularly valuable features.

Fantastic Stay Close to Yu Garden

The hotel's location is great. It is a short walk to both the metro and Yu Garden. I found a free washing machine and dryer on level 2 very useful. The staff also helped book an airport transfer at a fixed price.
The gym and laundry facilities have restricted hours (they only open from 9 am to 10 pm).
