acceptable location, notable issues
moldy shower inadequate air conditioning
the location proved convenient for accessing nearby attractions and services.
The air conditioning was substandard. It struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. additionally, the shower had noticeable mold, which detracted from the overall cleanliness (i informed the staff, but the issue persisted throughout my stay).

central location fresh options leaky faucet street noise
the location is super central. the breakfast was delicious i really enjoyed all the fresh options available each morning it started my day off right.
the room had a few maintenance issues like the leaky faucet. i did find the lack of soundproofing a problem as street noise was quite noticeable at times.

Acceptable stay, but some issues
broken air-conditioning indifferent staff
The breakfast met my expectations. There was good service in the bedroom and air conditioning.
Air-conditioning did not work and it was quite hot . There was no housekeeping or cleaning of rooms! I had to ask for fresh towels, the staff seemed indifferent and kept using their phones. They barely assisted guests.

Cheerful stay near the marina
perfect location friendly staff
The location is amazing being near the marina. Staff was helpful and friendly especially for our late arrival. I enjoyed the plentiful choices during breakfast each morning. I would love to return for another stay soon.

The staff assisted quickly with my late check in. They always are approachable and smiling which I appreciate. They addressed any issues promptly.

The hotel is steps away from the harbour. I could walk easily to main attractions and shops. The taxi rank is only minutes away which is convienient for airport transfers.

fresh fruit attentive staff central location
the breakfast had so many choices! i loved the fresh fruit and pastries. i really appreciated the staff being so attentive (they always made sure i had coffee). the location was amazing, right in the heart of the action.
the gym only had a few machines.
