The free laundry room was very helpful. i found the washers and dryers very efficient. the reception and housekeeping staff were super friendly. They always had a smile. i won't hesitate to book here again next time.

The location is superb being a short walk from the subway station. I appreciated the coffee and sparkling water station near my room. The laundry room was very convenient. The building had a beautiful wooden door and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
I noticed the plunge pool was not thoroughly cleaned .

The kitchenette had ample cooking utensils and dining ware. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was nice. Large glass bottles were provided instead of plastic ones, and we could fill them with still or sparkling water on level 2. The location is great for food lovers. There is good food nearby and a VERY close MRT station.
