The room design was excellent and blended style with COMFORT. The room was very quiet, and i heard no noise. The staff demonstrated attentiveness and friendliness. They remembered my allergies at breakfast the next day. The provided map offered useful recommendations for local restaurants.

i stayed in a beautiful double or twin room it had separate shower and tub to the bathroom i found molton brown bath products it was very convenient the staff also helped with recommendations nearby for dinner and they were all great
i did notice the bar was underwhelming it seemed like something was missing

the room i stayed in felt quite dark. there wasn't much natural light, even during the day (i think it was on the ground floor). also, i found the bar service to be somewhat lacking. sometimes it was hard to find a staff member, and the selection wasn't that excellent, unfortunately. it was a shame, as i had higher expectations.

The staff were friendly! The hotel was stylish and beautifully designed.
My room was unfortunately very dark. There was almost zero natural light at any time of day, so the space felt drab. The bathroom had double sinks. the taps blocked the sink. It was a design flaw I did not like.

The staff was attentive and provided surprises. I received tickets to a pride party and a suite upgrade. It was wonderful to witness a religious procession from my suite's balcony. THE hotel. The room was one of the best i've ever experienced. It featured a large, comfy space. The bathroom was spacious too. The housekeeping needed prompting.
