Exemplary hospitality, nice experience
excellent design quiet room local restaurant
The room design was excellent and blended style with COMFORT. The room was very quiet, and i heard no noise. The staff demonstrated attentiveness and friendliness. They remembered my allergies at breakfast the next day. The provided map offered useful recommendations for local restaurants.
My room had a tiny slit for a window. The room was very dark at times. The bathroom had a sewage odor each morning. I mentioned it to the reception but nothing happened.

The hotel features a small pool. The top floor offers lovely views over the city. The gym is quite small, it includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The hotel provides fresh water daily to the rooms.

i stayed in a beautiful double or twin room it had separate shower and tub to the bathroom i found molton brown bath products it was very convenient the staff also helped with recommendations nearby for dinner and they were all great
i did notice the bar was underwhelming it was like something was missing

a mixed experience
dim room bar service
the room i stayed in felt quite dark. there wasn't much natural light, even during the day (i think it was on the ground floor). also, i found the bar service to be somewhat lacking. sometimes it was hard to find a staff member, and the selection wasn't that excellent, unfortunately. it was a shame, as i had higher expectations.

dark room sink design
The staff were friendly! The hotel was stylish and beautifully designed.
My room was unfortunately very dark. There was almost zero natural light at any time of day, so the space felt drab. The bathroom had double sinks. the taps blocked the sink. It was a design flaw I did not like.

Really good stay, highly recommend
attentive staff religious procession spacious bathroom
The staff was attentive and provided surprises. I received tickets to a pride party and a suite upgrade. It was wonderful to witness a religious procession from my suite's balcony. THE hotel. The room was one of the best i've ever experienced. It featured a large, comfy space. The bathroom was spacious too. The housekeeping needed prompting.
The compensation offered was not equivalent to the cost of the room. This situation detracted slightly from an otherwise perfect experience.

the room was super clean and i noted the bed was very comfortable. the shower was great too it added a nice touch.
