The room had a well equipped kitchen area. I also found the staff helpful.
The breakfast area was cramped with limited options. I found the scrambled eggs were cold. The coffee machines did not appear to be well maintained.

amazing stay with a few minor hiccups
kind upgrade late check out healthy option
i appreciated the kind upgrade to an very nice room on the twelfth floor. the team gifted me a complementary late check out. breakfast offered a great selection of healthy options.
i noticed some black hairs on the bedding and in the shower. this showed the room was not cleaned properly.

the hotel offers proximity to the railway station, placing guests within easy reach. the northern quarter is also nearby. dark streets at night suggest caution or taxi use after dark, but the central location is excellent.

The hotel offers a decent breakfast with many choices. The staff were lovely and helpful when I needed something. The location is fantastic. It's right near North Quarter and Ancoats. It was a short walk to the central shopping area, which I appreciated.
The television had issues, and they persisted after I moved to another room. The elevators and hallways smelled like paint. The initial room was not warm enough. The Wi-Fi was spotty. It frequently disconnected from my devices.

faulty thermostat strange noise
the breakfast was well cooked and had variety.
the room thermostat wasn't working properly, I struggled to adjust the temperature. a strange electronic beep noise occurred constantly. it was very distracting and I failed to determine its source.

The room was clean and spacious! It was a nice touch to have my name on the TV. The kitchenette was a great amenity. I found it convenient for my stay. I definitely appreciated the high cleanliness standard.
The room given was exactly what I booked. I was offered an upgrade though it never materialized

comfortable rooms and my kids' room were near mine, great. the staff was very friendly and helpful . i will definitely stay here again!
