The hotel felt more like an institution rather than a hotel, and it was freezing cold and unclean, but the staff at the restaurant were efficient and always had a smile. The location is close to a venue I needed to travel to, but a bit far from shops and restaurants. The dining experience compared favorably to other hotels, and the pool area was not too deep and had nice equipment.
