The receptionists were efficient. I felt very supported throughout my stay. The room was kept in a clean state. I found many good places to dine close by. The hotel is near the central area. I could access the central area but the location was quiet.

The location was quite convenient. It was an easy walk to the metro and a main shopping area.
The breakfast selection was limited, especially for people with dietary needs. I didn't like that at all. also, the towels were changed daily. I thought that was unnecessary. it feels wasteful to change towels every single day, especially when i didn't request it.

the location was really convenient. a metro station was nearby. the room was a good size and very clean.
i stayed for a few nights. i could not get a stable wifi connection. i asked to talk to the manager but was told he was not available. i also asked for an extra room key, but i was told their system was not working and they could not provide one.
