I felt right at home with the coffee station just outside in the hallway, and our balcony offered stunning views of the Barbican and St Paul's. The hotel had everything we needed, although the minibar prices were a bit steep. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff going above and beyond, even surprising us with a bottle of champagne for our anniversary. The location was perfect, centrally located near great restaurants and bars, providing a peaceful escape in bustling London. The dining experience was delightful with beautifully presented options, and overall, this is a hotel I highly recommend.
