i adored my time there. the vintage record player in my room was a lovely touch, complete with a selection of vinyl records. the hotel's jazz club was AMAZING!!! i sat and listened every evening. the entire experience had a thoughtful and well-executed feel.
the minibar prices were just a bit high, so i skipped them.

I had breakfast, and the choices were plentiful. The portions were very generous. the quality was excellent. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. leo was kind and attentive during my meals.

the reception staff greeted me with courtesy and handled check-in smoothly. every staff member i encountered was professional and eager to assist. housekeeping kept the room tidy, with plenty of fresh supplies.

a stay with mixed feelings
tiny bathroomdated hotel
honestly, the noise was a real issue. i knew there was a band playing until 10 pm, but it stayed loud way past that. the room size was also not what i expected. i booked a room advertised as 295 sq ft, but it felt much smaller. the bathroom was tiny, and the whole place seemed kind of old and not in a good way.

The location proved convenient. A subway station was close.
The room AC unit was LOUD all night. i'm pretty sure it needs maintenance or replacement. It disrupted my sleep, NOT ideal.
