some issues
small room poor breakfast
My room felt quite cramped. There wasn't enough space for my luggage. the bathroom was also very small. It was hard to move around in there. breakfast was not great. The selection seemed limited, and the quality wasn't excellent. the staff was friendly and helpful, but these room and breakfast issues affected my overall experience.

small room dirty windows
The reception staff were helpful. They even lent me a cable for my phone (i needed it!).
My room was way smaller than what the pictures showed. I barely had space to open my luggage. the materials seemed cheap. plus, the windows were dirty, and there was dust in the bathroom, so i was not happy.

attentive staff rooftop restaurant varied breakfast faulty air conditioning slow drain infrequent towel change
The staff was so attentive, i felt cared for, like in a dream. the rooftop restaurant had such an atmosphere. every morning, i felt happiness looking at the city from there. The breakfast was varied and delicious. the yogurt with honey was very nice, it was the best start of the day.
the air conditioning didn't work. we told them twice but it was still not fixed, it affected my well-being. the shower had a problem and the water drained slowly. the towels weren't changed every day, and this bothered me a little.
