excellent service and convenient location
helpful staff modern rooms
the staff was very helpful and spoke english well. communication was easy because of this. the rooms were clean and modern. the food was also good.
the lift was too small for the number of guests. i had a junior suite. the switches were not functional. we were forced to sleep with all the lights on. the air conditioning was getting automatically switched off. this was a serious inconvenience

the junior suite had ample space, with a king size bed and a separate seating area. the bathroom featured a rainfall shower and complimentary toiletries. blackout curtains ensured a dark room for sleeping. we loved it

the breakfast buffet included a wide variety of options such as fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. i noted they offered gluten free bread. the coffee machine made cappuccinos and lattes to order.

the front desk staff provided quick check in and check out services. housekeeping visited daily and replenished amenities thoroughly. their service was amazing.

missing dumbbells gym equipment
The staff was attentive. Breakfast was good with many choices available
I was disappointed to find the gym equipment needs some attention. A treadmill was out of service and several dumbbells were missing from the rack. This limited my workout options

small room limited breakfast
The hotel location was good. It was near many attractions.
The room i was assigned was smaller than i expected, i booked a beautiful double or twin room. also, the breakfast options felt quite limited. The selection did not change much . i found the repetitiveness a bit disappointing.

the location was very convenient to many attractions. the hotel staff were friendly and quite helpful .
The elevator was quite small. It sometimes caused a slight delay.
