Reviews and Ratings
Upon arriving back at the hotel after our second day exploring Istanbul, I found the nonsmoking room always clean & comfortable. My corner room provided uninterrupted views of the Bosphorus. The staff was very helpful and kind, though upon returning to my room, I was met with a ridiculous amount of air freshener to mask a smell.
The hotel is situated right by the Bosphorus strait, almost at street level. It's thoughtfully designed with the guest in mind, offering a stunning view, cool restaurant, and spacious rooms. The location is super central and safe, just facing other 5-star hotels, making it the best spot in Istanbul; however, some noise pollution can be a downside. The service is exceptional, especially Oktay at the front desk, who is fluent in various languages; though a small mishap with welcome tea left a mark.
The hotel was part of the chain hotels and had disappointing, very small rooms. On the bright side, my room offered an unordinary view of the Bosphorus, which was breathtaking. The service went out of their way to be helpful, which I greatly appreciated. The location was perfect, right by Taksim Square, and the breakfast provided was incredible. The dining experience was delicious and mouthwatering, although the rooms were a bit small. The facilities were generally satisfying, offering all necessary amenities.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were a bit small but had comfortable beds and were impeccably cleaned. The breathtaking views, even from the bathroom, were top-notch quality. The service was extremely professional and the staff, especially Mr OKTAY GUeNANA, went above and beyond to ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location was great, just a few minutes from Taksim Square, making it convenient for exploring the city easily. The dining options were fresh and diverse, but slightly underwhelming. Overall, a good value for money stay with some minor drawbacks.
Staying at the hotel put me right in the heart of the action overlooking Taksim Square on the first floor. The room was super small, making it a bit cramped, especially if you need space to work at the desk. The breakfast could have been better to enhance the experience.
