Melika was so helpful. Thank you! the cleaning was superb. It was done daily. fresh towels came every day too! the staff were friendly and always ready to help. the location is unbelievable! it's right by the sea, yet close to the main square.
the minibar was not very cold, a very minor issue.

erik , semih , bilal , and mr mehmet offered excellent service. the hotel venue was perfect , with a great restaurant and breakfast. i will surely come back to this location. i found the staff very friendly and helpful.
i found the small water bottles and lack of slippers in the room inconvenient. also , wi-fi in the room wasn't working properly .

The location is great. The back door takes you straight to hagia sofia. i also appreciated the breakfast with a sea view. bilal dundur greeted us in a very friendly manner, he helped us with our bags.
The wifi in my room did not work well. I paid around eur 115 for one night. the small water bottles should be replaced with larger ones. i missed slippers in the room.

The location is excellent near major attractions. The staff members were cordial . My room was a good size and had plenty of sunlight. Walking to Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and Basilica Cistern was very easy from the hotel.
The minibar in my room was not very functional so it barely cooled the drinks.
