My stay at the hotel was quite satisfying. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing a quiet atmosphere despite facing a busy street. The service was exceptional, with the staff being very helpful and welcoming. The location was excellent, close to various amenities and transportation options. However, the dining experience was basic, and the breakfast could have had more variety.

The service was exceptional, with friendly staff going above and beyond, even surprising me with a gift of Turkish delights. The location is very central, close to Taksim but not too close, surrounded by many restaurants and shops. The dining experience was acceptable, but not as good as expected. The hotel gave me a room totally different from what I booked, which was below expectations compared to what was reflected on Booking. Fortunately, they sorted it out in minutes, but the rooms overall need renovation.
