Lindsey at reception provided a warm welcome, being helpful throughout my stay. The staff was very cute, which I really appreciated after a long travel day.
The mini fridge wasn't cold enough. Fresh milk only lasted a day.

i received an upgrade upon arrival it was a nice surprise. the location and the hotel's accessibility to the city are excellent. the breakfast was very good it offered a great start to the day.
the room phone wasn't working so i had to walk to the main building

the staff was friendly.
The noise from the road bothered me. My room faced a very busy street. also, i found the lighting in the room quite dim. it made it difficult to read at night, and i missed having brighter options.

I was grateful for the spacious room.. It had accommodations, including a nice bathroom. The hotel combines traditional architecture with natural light. Staff surprised us with a bottle of Prosecco, which we enjoyed.
