The staff provided perfect service each morning. I found them downstairs and they fried my vegetarian sausages. The manager even walked me to my breakfast table and was most accommodating. The location offered convenient access to local attractions and transport links. The room temperature could be adjusted easily.

the location worked well (it was close to the dlr station).
the room felt a bit cramped, a definite surprise. the in-room climate control barely made a difference, i was constantly trying to adjust it. the temperature was either too hot or too cold, it never seemed to find a happy medium. definitely not ideal for a good night's sleep or the price.

the team members were friendly, professional, and helpful. i had a couple of minor issues, and they tried their very best to resolve them quickly. the hotel has a nice bar area.. the room was an adequate size, and i found the bed very comfy.
i noticed the absence of readily available public transport directly to the hotel, requiring a bit more planning for travel.

The bedroom provided sufficient amenities. I found a huge TV to be very enjoyable! The ensuite had a great shower, and the hot water was reliable. The buffet breakfast was excellent, it offered a convenient experience.
The room needed a little more space for hanging clothes, though a peg by the door for coats would be enough.
