decent experience but some issues

great location kind staff comfortable bed slow service loud room no soundproofing

the location is great as it is very near the metro station. it simplifies travel around. the staff was polite and professional, so their kindness supported my stay. i slept well in a king size bed. i booked a corner room.

room service took a long time. it took nearly 25 minutes to get me water. my room was very loud, and it wasn't soundproof. i kept hearing noise from the room next door since we were in the same room.

I found the staff to be helpful. Mohammed, our housekeeper, did exceed expectations with his warm greetings. He ensured our room was super clean. The location is good. The hotel is close to the train station.

Upon arrival, I was told my room would be ready in 20 minutes. I waited in the lobby for over an hour and a half. The receptionist repeatedly told me "15/20 more minutes". The elevator situation is TERRIBLE, some elevators do not work.

the car parking situation was really inconvenient. the hotel's location is in a very busy area. they do have free parking, but it's in a separate building across the street. it felt small, and i kept having to drive up levels to find a spot. the elevators were also a problem. the hotel felt crowded, and i often waited almost ten minutes for a lift to get to my room. that was annoying.

the location was convenient for accessing the metro.

The elevators were a major issue. I often waited up to 15 minutes. only 3 of 5 elevators were working, unacceptable for such a tall building. also, my room's windows were dirty. I paid extra for an upgrade hoping for a good view, but the grime ruined it.

The staff were helpful and professional. They were quick to respond to requests I had. The breakfast had many options and it was delicious. The metro being a short walk away was very convenient.

I noticed the hotel experienced long elevator wait times. I had to wait longer than expected to get to different floors, a minor inconvenience.

the hotel is very close to the financial centre metro station. it made getting around the area simple. the rooms are spacious with good views of the surrounding area. i found the breakfast buffet provided many options and had something for everyone. the staff was helpful when i needed assistance.

i experienced some slight delays with the elevators during peak hours. this caused minor inconveniences when trying to get to and from my room.

dirty windows unfulfilled promise

The location was easy to access, with a metro station right across the street.

The windows were very dirty when I arrived. I had paid extra for an upgrade and a lovely view. The person at the lobby promised the windows would be cleaned in two days, but it happened only on the last day. I felt tricked!!!
