parking situation
the car parking situation was really inconvenient. the hotel's location is in a very busy area. they do have free parking, but it's in a separate building across the street. it felt small, and i kept having to drive up levels to find a spot. that was annoying.

the location was convenient for accessing the metro.
I often waited up to 15 minutes. also, my room's windows were dirty. I paid extra for an upgrade hoping for a good view, but the grime ruined it.

the hotel is very close to the financial centre metro station. it made getting around the area simple. the rooms are spacious with good views of the surrounding area. i found the breakfast buffet provided many options and had something for everyone. the staff was helpful when i needed assistance.

The location was easy to access, with a metro station right across the street.
The windows were very dirty when I arrived. I had paid extra for an upgrade and a lovely view. The person at the lobby promised the windows would be cleaned in two days, but it happened only on the last day. I felt tricked!!!
